Crab Salad

Ingredients

• 225 g crab meat (claw meat is fine)

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard

• 1/2 tsp kosher salt

• fresh black pepper to taste

• 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

• 1/2 tsp regular or smoked paprika

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1.5 tsp fresh dill, chopped, plus more

for garnish

• 1 cup Sweety Drops Peppers

• 24 cucumber slices (from 1 large English cucumber)

 

Method

Gently mix the crab, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and dill together in a bowl. Add a heaped tbsp of crab salad to each cucumber slice and top with a pepper and a piece of fresh dill.

Serve immediately.
