Kokum Pomfret
Ingredients
• 1 large pomfret
• 3 tsp red chilli powder
• 2 tsp dhania jeera powder
• 12-15 kokums
• 1/4 onion, scraped
• 2 green chillies
• a little kothmir
• few garlic pods
Method
Grind all these with vinegar. Make slits in the fish and apply paste to it and let it marinate for a few hours.
Fry on a slow fire with lid on top. First on one side and then turn over.
Serve garnished with coriander.
