- 100 gm asparagus green
- 50 gm diced water chestnut
- 50 gm chopped carrot
- 5 gm chopped coriander
- 3 gm salt
- 1 gm white pepper
- 180 gm dim sum flour
Prepare dough with dim sum flour, salt and water. Should be firm.
Mix the chopped vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin sheets.
Fill the mixture and shape the dim sums.
Steam them for 6 min serve with a dip.
