N FOR NUTMEG

This spice may be a little strong for those with sensitive skin. It can safely be used on mature skin.
Remedy for Pigmentation
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg powder,
- 1 tsp. almond powder
- 1 tsp. red masoor dal powder,
- Milk
- Nutmeg, almond and masoor dal powders can be made and stored in the fridge separately.
Method: Mix the first three ingredients together and add enough milk to make a smooth paste.
Use: Apply on pigmentation or discoloured areas of the face and body.
