I too believe that what is good for your stomach is good enough for your skin. Here are some home remedies that are as simple to make as your daily cooking. Just remember to make the remedy fresh every time and be patient - give it some time to show positive results! What is natural is safe and sure and won't make you feel sorry at all. O FOR OATS
A softening pack for those with dry skin. People who have eczema or psoriasis could use it even for bathing.
- 1 cup oatmeal powder
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk (Almond milk: Grind some almonds with water and then sieve well)
Mix all ingredients together.
Apply on face or body. Very gentle and safe.
O FOR ORANGE
Orange flower is used in facial lotions and rinses for its hydrating properties.
Remedy for dull and dehydrated facial skin
Mix the juice of an orange with honey and apply regularly to enliven dull and dehydrated facial skin.
Remedy for pimpled skin
Grind orange peel and apply on pimples regularly.
Face pack for glowing skin
Use this orange and watermelon combination.
- 1/2 an orange,
- 1 slice watermelon, deseeded
- 1/4 a carrot,
- 1/4 a cucumber Honey
Blend the first four ingredients and add some honey to the mixture.
Apply tonic repeatedly until the entire amount is used up. Wash with cold water.
