R FOR RICE

Rice powder is excellent for exfoliation and also for removing dead skin or treating blackheads.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice of very fine variety (Vari in Marathi)
- Curd
Method: Grind rice into a coarse dry powder. Store in the refrigerator and use whenever required. Mix one teaspoon of rice powder with curd.
Use: Scrub the face gently, especially those areas which have blackheads. Those with mature skin can also use this for skin refining.
