BEAN CURD WITH BROCCOLI

Ingredients


- 180 gm diced silken tofu
- 100 gm broccoli,
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 30 ml oil,
- 5 gm chopped garlic
- 5 gm chopped ginger,
- 10 gm carrot
- 3 gm salt,
- 2 gm sugar
- 30 ml soy sauce,
- 20 gm corn flour

Method:


Arrange bean curd and broccoli in a plate and steam for 5 minutes.
Heat oil, saute garlic, and ginger with all the ingredients. Add cornflour dissolved in water. Cook till it forms a sauce consistency. Finish with sesame oil.
When finished, pour over the arranged ingredients.
Serve hot.
