- 180 gm shredded chicken
- 50 gm bell pepper
- 100 ml oil
- 5 gm peeled garlic
3 gm salt, 3 gm sugar
- 1 spring onion
- 30 gm corn flour
Marinate chicken with salt, sugar for one hour and stir fry.
Heat the oil, saute garlic, ginger and spring onion. Add peppers and pickled chilli.
Add the chicken, seasonings and little stock.
Thicken with a few drops of corn flour dissolved in water.
Toss it for 1 minute and serve hot garnished with spring onions.
