- 200 gm minced chicken
- 180 gm dim sum flour
- 3 gm salt
- 1 gm white pepper
- 5 gm chopped chives
- 10 gm soaked Chinese mushroom chopped
- 8 gm chopped carrots
Prepare dough with dim sum flour, salt and water. Should be firm.
Mix the minced chicken with the remaining ingredients.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin sheets using a rolling pin.
Fill the mixture and shape the dim sums into an open face.
Steam them for 6-8 mins and serve with a dip.
