PAKCHOI WITH CHINESE MUSHROOMS

- 300 gm pakchoy
- 60 gm Chinese mushroom
- 20 ml veg stock 20 ml oil
- 50 gm garlic
- 10 gm salt
- 10 gm sugar
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 50 gm corn flour

Method:

Blanch pakchoy and Chinese mushroom in hot water and set aside.
Heat oil, saute garlic and add the vegetables. Add stock.
Adjust seasonings and add soy sauce.
Add cornflour dissolved in water. Adjust the consistency and serve hot.
