  • 3 cups curd
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 onions,
  • 5 pods garlic
  • 5 basil patta,
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
  • salt to taste


Boil the chicken in water, once tender remove excess water.

Tie curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till the water gets evaporated.

Cut onion, garlic and Basil patta (tulsi) into small pieces and make a paste. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, garlic and saute it till it becomes brown.

Add ajinomoto and Basil patta paste.

Add boiled chicken and saute it for 5 minutes.

Then add curd & salt as per taste.

Saute for 10 minutes and the Curd Chicken is ready.
