RICE, MEAT AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

  • Minced beef
  • Brown rice
  • Vegetables
  • Mixed Yogurt

Method:

Take 1/4 portion of rice {mashed} with 3/4 portion of beef and boil separately till the beef is tender and dry.

Mix the cooked rice and with cooked beef till smoothly blended.

Steam the vegetables and mix with the rice and beef mixture. Lastly add 1 tbsp of yogurt and blend. Voila your porridge is ready in minutes.
