  • 1 kg curd
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 100 gm garlic
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 1 spoon kemi powder (Readymade masala)
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 spoon oil
  • 1/2 spoon food red bush colour
  • 1 Lemon


Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it till the water gets evaporated.

Cut a small piece of ginger, garlic, green chilli, into small pieces and make the paste.

Mix the paste with curd.

Add kemi powder (readymade masala) besan, haldi, chat masala, tandoori masala, oil, salt, food colour - red in color, with the chicken in it & mix it well and than marinate it for 3 hrs.

then put it in oven for 1/2 an hour and the tandoori chicken is ready, Garnish it with chat masala and lemon.
