VEG HOFFAN NOODLE SOUP

-100 gm flat noodles blanched
- 10 gm snow peas
- 10 gm asparagus
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 3 gm salt
- 20 gm spring onion batons
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 10 Gm Chinese mushroom

Method:


Make vegetable stock, add the flat noodle and then add the vegetables. Boil for 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and soy sauce. Finish with sesame oil.
As a variation you can add chopped fresh red chilli for spiciness.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
