Green Chilli Milly Subzi
Ingredients
1/4 kg thin and long green chillies
1 cup grated coconut
1 lime
1/4 cup coriander powder
1/4 cup cumin powder
1/4 cup dry mango powder
1/2 cup oil (optional)
1/4 cup groundnut powder
1 /4 tsp turmeric powder
oil for frying
Method
Slit the green chillies. Mix all the spice powders in 1/4 cup oil. Add salt and groundnut powder. Fill this mixture into the slit chillies. Take a shallow pan, heat some oil and fry the chillies on slow fire. Later, add the grated coconut, turmeric and lime. Stir the coconut mixture all over the chillies.
Serve with hot rotis.
