Prawns done Aglio Olio

Ingredients

•            250 g deveined prawns

•            2 tbsp olive oil

•            1 tbsp butter

•            2-4 cloves garlic, chopped

•            1/4 cup parsley, chopped

•            1-2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

•            1-2 tsp chilli flakes

•            1-2 tsp red chilli powder

•            juice of 1/4 lemon

•            2 tbsp black garlic puree

Method

Heat a pan, add olive oil, butter, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, red chili powder. Then add prawns. Once cooked, add salt and pepper, toss it with some parsley and squeeze lemon on top for more freshness.

Serve it with Crab Caesar dressing.                       

Crab Caesar dressing

Ingredients

•            15 g kewpie mayo

•            2 crab sticks

•            5 g grated Parmesan

Method

Blend the ingredients together. Once blended, add remaining parsley.

Arrange the prawns on the base of the dressing, serve with a quenelle of black garlic puree on the side.
