Ingredients

  • 3 small size methi theplas
  • 3 chicken seekh kebabs
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 5 g chilli paste
  • 5 g tomato-onion paste
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • some dessicated coconut and coconut milk
  • salt to taste
  • mustard seeds
  • garlic mayo

Method

Heat a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, temper the mustard seeds, add ginger & garlic, add chilli paste, onion-tomato paste, garam masala, coriander powder, desiccated coconut, touch of coconut milk, and salt. Sukha mixture is ready.

Take a small piece of thepla, add kebab coated with sukha mixture, add garlic mayo and coriander sprig as a garnish.
