Chicken Taco
Ingredients
- 3 small size methi theplas
- 3 chicken seekh kebabs
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 5 g chilli paste
- 5 g tomato-onion paste
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- some dessicated coconut and coconut milk
- salt to taste
- mustard seeds
- garlic mayo
Method
Heat a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, temper the mustard seeds, add ginger & garlic, add chilli paste, onion-tomato paste, garam masala, coriander powder, desiccated coconut, touch of coconut milk, and salt. Sukha mixture is ready.
Take a small piece of thepla, add kebab coated with sukha mixture, add garlic mayo and coriander sprig as a garnish.
