Murgh Kali Mirch
Ingredients
• 1 full chicken, cut into medium-size pcs
• 4 onions
• 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 green chilli, broken
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1 tbsp kali miri (black pepper) powder
• 200 ml oil
Method
In a handi, heat oil, add the onions. Fry lightly, then add chicken pcs.
Add the black pepper powder and mix well.
Add the yogurt and stir. Cook on slow for 10-15 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients in and cook well till the oil and water releases.
Add the broken chilli on top and check for salt.
