Badam ka Mitha

Ingredients

• 100 g badam (almonds), powdered

• 100 g motichoor laddoo, powdered in a mixi

• 100 g mawa

• 1 cup milk

• 2 tbsp ghee

• 2 pc cinnamon

• 200 g sugar

Garnish

• almond slivers

 

Method

Add ghee in a vessel, add cinnamon, add laddoo powder and mix well.

Add almond powder, then add mawa and cook well.

Add sugar and stir well. Check for taste.

Add a few strands of saffron for colour.

Garnish with slivers of almonds.
