Seviyon ka Mitha
Ingredients
• 1 pkt seviyan (vermicelli)
• 150 g mawa
• 150 g sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
Garnish
• browned almond slivers
Method
Cook the seviyan in ghee till it becomes soft and turns brown. It should have a halwa-like consistency.
Add milk and mix.
Add mawa, then sugar.
Add elaichi powder and mix well.
Garnish with browned almond slivers.
