Mango & Black Pepper Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
• 1 cup shaved ice
• 1/2 cup botanical gin
• 1.5 cups Indian tonic water
• 2 thick slices of Indian mango
• black pepper
• 2 sprigs mint
Method
Add the ice to two glasses and then pour over the gin.
Pour over the tonic water and garnish each glass with a generous mango slice, a good grinding of black pepper and a sprig of mint.
