Petrichor Martini

Ingredients

• 60 ml vodka

• 15 ml jalapeño brine

• 1 lemon, squeezed

• 20 ml vermouth

• 1 tbsppetrichor water or

1 drop petrichor oil

• cocktail shaker

Method

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, jalapeño brine, lemon juice, vermouth and petrichor water or oil. Shake for about a minute and a half. Strain & serve in a martini glass and garnish with a jalapeño. For added petrichor flavour, you can spray the inside of the glass with petrichor water before pouring.
