Sehtoot Shikanji
Sehtoot or mulberries help in developing bone tissue. It also provides healthy and glowing skin.
Ingredients
15 fresh mulberries (sehtoot)
250 ml cold water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp misri powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
black salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/2 tsp fresh ginger juice
5 ice cubes
Method
Add mulberries in a cocktail shaker and crush it well with the help of a bar muddler.
Then add lemon juice, misri powder, cumin powder, ginger juice, salt and black pepper powder with ice cubes in the cocktail shaker.
Shake well and pour in to the glasses.
Garnish with mulberries.
Serve fresh.
