Hakka Noodles
Recipe by Chef Penpa Tsering
Ingredients
250 g noodles
15 ml oil
30 g cabbage
20 g carrot
20 g onion
20 g bean sprouts
10 g salt
10 g white pepper
20 g soy sauce
10 g aromate seasoning powder
spring onions for garnish
Method
Blanch noodles for around 5 minutes, until cooks.
Set aside.
Thinly slice the onions, cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts
In a wok, heat oil.
Add the sliced vegetables and stir fry.
Once done, add the blanched noodled.
Continue tossing till it blends.
Add salt, white pepper, sugar, soy sauce and aromate seasoning powder.
Toss further for 2 to 4 minutes
Add spring onions and remove from heat.
