Mushroom with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
150 g button mushrooms, quartered
4 tbsp vegetable stock
3 tbsp coriander, lightly chopped
2 kaffir lime leaves, torn

For the sauce
3 tbsp black pepper sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp crispy lemongrass (optional)

Method
In a hot wok on medium heat, add vegetable oil and garlic.
Add mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
Season with black pepper sauce, light soy sauce and sugar.
Add stock and continue to stir fry.
Finish with kaffir lime leaves and coriander.
Take off the heat and serve.
Garnish with crispy lemongrass if you prefer.
