Achari Prawns
Ingredients
200 g king prawns
60 g hung curd
10 g lemon pickle
juice of 2 lemons
5 g garam masala
12 g achari masala
5 g yellow chilli powder
Method
Clean the prawns.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl till well combined.
Marinate the prawns with the masala.
Cook in a pre-heated grill till done.
