Fried Fish
Ingredients
1/2 kg fish of your choice
10 garlic pods
1/2 inch ginger
1 cup fresh coriander
7-8 kokum
3 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup rava
coconut oil, for frying
Method
Grind the garlic, ginger, coriander, kokum, chilli powder and salt using very little water make a thick fine paste.
Clean the fish and apply a thin layer of the above masala
Marinate it for an hour or for a couple of hours.
Then coat it with the rava and fry it till a nice golden red and musta kurkurit (nice and crisp).
