Phodi (Pan Fried Vegetables)

Ingredients
1/4 kg brinjal
3 raw banana
1 cup of rava
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
coconut oil for shallow frying

Method
Slice the brinjal 1 cm thick and peel the bananas and slice them as well and keep them in water
Mix the chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and rava in bowl
Remove each slice of the vegetable from the water and coat them with the rava
Heat a pan and add coconut oil and place the coated vegetables and fry them crip evenly on both sides.
