Ingredients 300 gas french beans 300 gms potatoes 5-6 red dried chillies 1/2 tsp rai few curry leaves 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp fresh coconut grated salt to taste
Method Finely chop the beans and cut the potatoes into 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil in a vessel, add rai, chillies and curry leaves. Add both the vegetables and cook covered till the vegetables are done. Garnish it with fresh coconut.
