For the filling 1/2 egg 1/4 cup Mascarpone cheese 1 tsp erythritol/sugar substitute 1/4 tsp cocoa powder, for garnish
Method For the cake base Whisk the egg till fluffy. Once soft and fluffy, add the remaining ingredients and mix well to make the batter. Once the batter is ready, bake it to make your cake base. Make a concoction using the remaining ingredients - coffee powder, water and erythritol. Now soak the baked cake in the above prepared concoction.
For the filling Whisk the egg till fluffy. Add Mascarpone cheese, erythritol and mix well. Spread the mixture onto the cake base and repeat the step to form layers and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, until set.
