Bajra Methi na Dhebra

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup methi (fenugreek leaves), chopped
• 1.5 cups bajre ka atta (millet flour)
• 1/4 cup fresh curds
• 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• 1 tsp green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp oil
• salt to taste
• sesame seeds, to use as topping
Method
Combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough, adding warm water if required.
Divide into equal portions and roll out into circles of 4” diameter.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and press them lightly on top of each dhebra.
Deep-fry them in hot oil over a medium flame till they are lightly browned.
Serve hot with masala chai.
