Dahi Anjeer Kebab

Ingredients

• 1 cup hung yogurt

• 2 tbsp grated tofu

• 1/2 cup soy flour

• salt to taste

• crushed black pepper to taste

• 1 tbsp oil

• tomato chutney, as required

For filling

• 1/4 cup fresh figs, chopped

• 1 tsp green chilli, chopped

• 1 tsp ginger, chopped

• 1 tbsp onions, chopped

• 1-2 tsp coriander, chopped

 

Method

Mix together hung yogurt, grated tofu, soy flour, salt and crushed black pepper in a bowl.

For filling

In a separate bowl, mix chopped figs, chopped chilli, chopped ginger, chopped onions and chopped coriander.

Heat oil in a pan on medium. Place the hung yogurt mixture in your hand, stuff the filling in it and carefully seal. Gently transfer to the pan and shallow-fry on both sides till golden brown. Remove excess oil and transfer to the serving plate.

Serve the delicate kebabs with tomato chutney.
