Sourdough Bread with Caramelised Banana & Peanut Butter

This is perfect breakfast or an evening snack to give company to your coffee or chai on a rainy day.

Ingredients

• 1/4th sourdough bread

• 75 g peanut butter

• 3 bananas

• 45 g castor sugar

Method

Slice sourdough bread and toast it.

Apply peanut butter generously.

Slice bananas and arrange in a manner that one slice covers 75% of the other slice.

Sprinkle castor sugar on bananas.

Using a flame gun, torch from the top to caramelise sugar. Lift and place bananas on peanut butter toast.
