It’s comfort at this fine-dine yet fuss-free pizzeria by Chef Ritu Dalmia; from thinly-sliced Sous Vide Watermelon with Goat’s Cheese to Chilled Scarlet Prawns. Motodo – Mozzarella, tomato and dough – is a trattoria with an immersive kitchen, bar installation, and an Art Deco vibe, replete with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The buzz-free Cucumber & Elderflower and the Pesca – a sparkling white signature – start you off. Then the food! Thin, cheese-stuffed Focaccia de Recco is Chef’s take on the Liguira classic, and the Australian Lamb Chops are a must. Pizzas are done in a millet base; try the Verde with the Mozzarella from Eleftheria. Save space for dolce! Tiramisu is Chef Ritu’s Diva speciality, with Mascarpone flown in from Italy, no compromises.
