Crispy Tofu & Mushroom


Ingredients
250 g tofu, diced to 2 cm
125 g portobello
125 g shiitake
125 g white fungus
5 ml dark soy sauce
5 ml light soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
10 g green chilli, finely chopped
15 g spring onion, finely sliced
oil for deep frying
sesame seeds for garnish

Method

Saut&eacute all mushrooms lightly in pan with oil and add soy sauce, cornflour and water slurry. 
Deep fry the tofu and mix with the mushrooms.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve hot.
