Chicken Chilli Fry
Ingredients
• 1 kg chicken
• 16 Kashmiri red chillies
• 24 lasan (garlic) pods
• pinch of salt and haldi (turmeric)
• a handful of coriander
Method
Grind together the chillies and the lasan.
Apply to chicken and marinate for about 3 hours.
Add oil and cook till tender.
Add kothmir and serve.
