Fish Curry Rice
Ingredients
Pomfret 600 gms.
Coconut grated 1/2 nos.
Red chillies 10 gms.
Jeera 5 gms.
Corriander seeds 10 gms.
Turmeric powder 5 gms.
Garlic flakes 10 gms.
Pepper corns 2 gms.
Green chillies 5 gms.
Onions 25 gms.
Kokum 4 nos.
Tamarind pulp 10 ml.
Preparation:
Clean and wash pomfrets, cut into darnes. Add salt and keep aside. Grind the items from coconut to pepper corns to a fine paste. Thin down to appropriate consistancy with water in a vessel. Bring to a boil. Add slice onions, green chillies and pomfret to it. Cook till fish is done. Finish with tamarind pulp, kokum and season.
