Ingredients:
800 gm chicken breast
40 gm capsicum julienes
20 gm cashewnut, broken
20 gm raisins
300 gm boiled onion paste
100 gm oil
3 gm cloves
3 gm green cardamom
20 gm ginger-garlic paste
5 gm corriander powder
250 gm yoghurt
10 gm green chilli paste
Salt to taste
250 gm cashewnut paste
5 gm cardamom powder
5 gm mace powder
100 ml cream
1 gm saffron
Procedure:
Clean chicken breast and cut in julienes. Heat oil in a handi, add clove and cardamom, allow to crackle. Add boiled onion paste. Add ginger-garlic paste. Roast. Add chicken julienes, roast for 10 minutes. Add yoghurt and bring to boil. Add green chilli, cashew
