Moode

Ingredients:
500 gm sona mason rice
300 gm urad dal
salt to taste
4 moode covers

Procedure:
Soak the rice & dal for about 3 hours.

Grind to a paste. Make sure that paste is not fine (little rough).

Adjust the batter and add salt. Let the batter stand for minimum 5 hours. Pour the batter in moode covers and steam for 20 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
