Ayurvedic pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza base
50 gm whole wheat flour
salt to taste
water little
Filling:
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 sliced onion
1 sliced capsicum
2 sliced babycorn
10 gm sliced cauliflower
10 gm broccoli
oregano/margoram little
Topping:
50 g wheat flour
100 ml milk
herbs little
1 tsp olive oil
Procedure:
Make a pizza base with flour, salt and water. In a pan saute all vegetable with herbs and olive oil. Make a sauce with olive oil, wheat flour milk and herbs. On pizza base spread half sauce and arrange saute vegetable. Spread balance sauce on top of vegetable. Spread balance sauce on top of vegetable. Spread little bread crumbs and bake at degrees 200C in the oven.
Coconut pancake
Ingredients:
For Pancake:
150 gm whole wheat flour
50 ml milk
20 gm equal sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds
For Filling:
1/2 grated coconut
100 gm jaggery
3 cardamon
Procedure:
For pancake, mix all ingredients and make a semi-thick batter. In a non-stick pan pour batter and make a pancake. Melt jaggery with 50 ml of water and strain. In a pan saute grated coconut with crushed cardamom and pour jaggery syrup. Mix well and make a coconut mixture. In a pancake 3 spoon coconut mixture and roll it. Serve hot or cold with jaggery sauce.
