Warm and Hearty Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup

Ingredients            
30 g tomatoes, diced
20 g onion, chopped
20 g carrots
25 g corn
20 g celery
25 g cilantro
fresh lime juice to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
15 g paprika
20 g hot sauce
10 g chilli powder
200 ml vegetable stock
25 g tortilla strips
20 g cheese
20 g avocado
10 ml olive oil

Method
Saut&eacute onions, carrots and tomatoes in olive oil. Let them sweat.

Add corn, celery and vegetable stock. Let it simmer.

Season it with salt, pepper, paprika and hot sauce.

Let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Garnish with tortilla strips, cheese and avocado.

Serve hot.
