Imli ke Aloo

Ingredients

• 10-12 baby potatoes, boiled with skin

• 1 tsp green chilli, chopped

• 1 tbsp onion, chopped

• 1 tsp coriander, chopped

• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

• 1/4 tsp chilli powder

• 1 tbsp desi ghee

• salt to taste

• oil for frying

Method

Take boiled potato, press it a little, then fry it in oil till it gets crispy. Take a frying pan, add desi ghee, cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add tamarind chutney, chilli powder, salt. Add the crispy fried potato and toss well. Turn off the flame. Now add chilli, onion and coriander, toss it nicely. Serve warm.
