Take a dip in the sea ahead and sport a bronzed tan as the team cooks up their Louisiana Hot Sauce Smothered Crab, cooked with red chilli, hints of fresh mustard and vinegar. Pace yourself through the day as one experiences the cycles of the sun and surf. The Tonkatsu B**f Sandwich- a Japanese breaded steak cutlet with sweet & sour sauce is an offering indeed and one can enjoy a fresh mango milkshake alongside to quench the thirst and satiate cravings simultaneously. For the herbivores, the Grilled Caprese Panini hits home with fresh Bocconcini, grilled tomato cooked in a basil pesto.
