Jau ka Meetha
Ingredients
• 100 g jau, soaked overnight
• 60 g black jaggery
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1 tsp edible gum
• 5 almonds
• 50 ml water
• 3-4 slices fried coconut
• 2-3 rose petals
Method
Take soaked jau and boil it for 15 minutes.
Strain it and keep aside.
Take a heavy-bottom pan, add ghee, black jaggery, edible gum, almond and boiled jau. Mix it well.
Now add water and bring it to a boil.
JaukaMeetha is ready. Garnish with sliced fried coconut, edible gum and rose petals.
