Kutki Chaas Vada

Ingredients

• 100 g kutki, soaked overnight

• salt to taste                                  

• 50 g yogurt                                   

• 1 tsp jeera  powder                     

• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder                                          

• 1 tsp coriander, chopped

• 5 ml water                                                                                                

 

Method

Take kutki and boil it for 15 minutes. Strain it and keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add boiled kutki millet and salt, mix well.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Make small round dumplings and deep-fry until crisp. Keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add yogurt, jeera powder, red chilli powder and coriander. Add water and mix it well. Add the dumplings in and soak for 5 minutes.

Kutki Chaas Vada is ready.
