Bajre ki Pasali
Ingredients
• 100 g mutton chops
• 30 g hung yogurt
• 1 tsp mustard oil
• 1 tsp degi mirch powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• black salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
• 1 tsp bajra pops
• 1 tbsp bajra atta
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp raw papaya paste • 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
Take fresh mutton chops, add ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste, salt, lemon juice, mix it and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add hung yogurt, mustard oil, degimirch powder, garam masala, salt, black salt, kasoorimethi, bajraattaand marinated mutton chops and mix it well.
Now put the marinated chops on skewers and cook it in a tandoor till is gets nicely cooked. Remove from the skewers, add butter and bajra pops on it. BajrekiPasali is ready.
