Moringa Lychee Cooler Shots
Ingredients
• 4 lychees, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup sahjan ke patte (fresh moringa leaves)
• 200 ml cold water (from an earthen pot)
• 4 ice cubes (optional)
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 tsp soaked sabja (basil seeds)
• pinch of Himalayan salt
Method
Clean and wash the moringa leaves. Take a mixer grinder jar, add moringa leaves, chopped lychee, lemon juice, ice cubes, and make a smooth puree out of it.
Transfer this puree to the mixing jar; now add soaked sabja, cold water, salt, and mix it well.
Serve in shot glasses.
