Chilli Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

• 120 g garlic

• 120 g ginger

• 250 ml oyster sauce

• 120 ml dark soy

• 12 g MSG (seasoning)

• 10 g salt

• 10 g sugar

• 250 ml sunflower oil

• 12 g potato starch

Method

Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped ginger & garlic.

Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add some water, oyster sauce & dark soy. Bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Adjust thickness with potato starch. Add seasoning, salt and sugar, and taste.
