Sichuan Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

• 750 g Sichuan peppercorn

• 150 g onion

• 25 g table salt

• 40 g MSG (seasoning)

• 650 ml sunflower oil

• 25 ml Sichuan pepper oil

• 150 g garlic

• 150 g ginger

• 150 g red chilli paste

Method

Grind the Sichuan peppercorn.

In a wok, heat oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic & onion.

Add grounded Sichuan pepper & red chilli paste.

Cook all ingredients.

Add Sichuan pepper oil, salt and seasoning. Check for taste.
