Spicy Soy Sauce

Ingredients

• 50 g chilli

• 40 g scallion

• 40 g garlic

• 50 g sugar

• 50 g MSG (seasoning)

• 50 g table salt

• 500 g chilli paste

• 500 ml soy sauce

 

Method

Heat some water in a wok. Add chilli, scallion, chopped garlic. Mix well. Add chilli paste, soy sauce, sugar and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add water. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
